How does buying work?
Click the buy button and you are sent to Gumroad, or to Etsy for the templates listed there, for a secure checkout. Your files are available right after payment on the platform download page or by email.
Do I need a Google account?
For Google Sheets templates, yes: a free Google account is enough. Printable PDF planners only need a PDF reader and a printer.
Can I print the planners more than once?
Yes, as many times as you like for personal use.
How do I get a free planner?
Many of our blog articles include a free printable planner. Enter your first name and email in the sign-up box, and the download link is sent to you right away.
Can I get a refund?
Because digital products can be downloaded immediately, they generally cannot be returned, and refund requests follow the policy of the platform where you bought the product. If a file is damaged, incomplete or does not match its description, get in touch and we will do our best to fix it.
I did not receive my files. What should I do?
First check your spam or promotions folder, then your purchase history on the platform where you bought the product (Gumroad or Etsy): the download is usually available there. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order details.
Are the products physical?
No. All our products are digital files. Nothing is shipped by mail.
Which apps work with the digital planners?
Our hyperlinked digital planners are PDF files designed for note-taking apps such as GoodNotes and Notability. Each product page lists the compatible apps and devices, so please check it before you buy.
Can I share a template with a friend or use it for my business clients?
Our templates are licensed for personal use only. Sharing, reselling or distributing the files is not allowed. If someone you know would like a copy, please send them the link to the product instead.
My free download link has expired. Can I get a new one?
Download links stay valid for 7 days. If yours has expired, simply sign up again with the same email address, or contact us.
How do I unsubscribe from your emails?
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. You can also ask us to remove you through the Contact page.
Is the information in your articles financial advice?
No. Our articles and templates are general educational tools to help you organize your money and your time. For decisions about your own situation, please consult a qualified professional.
