This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect on thelittleboard.com (the “Site”), why we collect it and what rights you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to send you what you ask for.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect and why

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information. Please do not include financial account numbers, passwords or health information in messages you send us.
3. Purchases
Paid products are sold through third-party platforms: Gumroad, and occasionally Etsy. When you buy a product, the platform collects and processes your order and payment data under its own privacy policy. We never receive your card details. The platform may share with us the information needed to deliver your order and provide support.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (email sign-up, which you can withdraw at any time), our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site and answering your messages, and, for orders, the performance of the sale through the platform.
5. Emails and unsubscribing
When you sign up for a free resource, you join our email list. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you through the Contact page. We never sell or rent your email address.
6. How long we keep your data
- Email list: until you unsubscribe.
- Contact messages: as long as needed to answer you, and no longer than 3 years after our last exchange.
- Technical data: for the limited period needed for security and the proper functioning of the Site.
7. Who has access to your data
Your data is stored in the Site’s database and accessed only by WE GROW CASABLANCA. Technical service providers that help us run the Site, such as our web hosting provider, may process it on our behalf and only for that purpose. We do not share your data with advertisers.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and browser storage that are necessary for it to work: for example to keep you logged in if you have an account, to remember your currency, language and favourite templates, and to protect forms against spam. If we add optional cookies in the future, such as audience measurement, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
9. International transfers
Our hosting provider and the selling platforms may store data outside your country. When this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate security and data protection measures.
10. Your rights
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and under other data protection laws that may apply to you (such as the GDPR if you live in the European Union), you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- ask us to delete it;
- object to its processing, including for emails;
- withdraw your consent at any time.

11. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including a secure (HTTPS) connection. No online system is completely secure, but we do our best to protect your information.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Site or to the law. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
