These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the use of the website thelittleboard.com (the “Site”) and to the digital products presented on it. The Site is published by WE GROW CASABLANCA, SARL, 75, Bd 11 Janvier, 1st floor, Apt 169, Casablanca, Morocco (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, downloading a free resource or buying a product, you accept these Terms.
1. Our products
THELITTLEBOARD offers digital products only: printable PDF planners and trackers, hyperlinked digital planners, Google Sheets and Excel templates, and Notion templates. No physical item is shipped. Each product page describes the content, the format and the apps it works with. Images are illustrations of the product; small differences in colors may appear depending on your screen or printer.
2. Orders, payment and prices
Paid products are sold through third-party platforms: most of them on Gumroad, and some of them also on Etsy. When you click a buy button on the Site, you are redirected to that platform, where the order and the payment take place. The terms, privacy policy and payment rules of that platform also apply to your purchase. We never see or store your card details.
Prices are shown for information on the Site. The price that applies is the one displayed on the platform at the time of your order, including any applicable taxes.
3. Delivery
Digital products are delivered by download, usually immediately after payment, through the platform (download page or email). Google Sheets templates are delivered as a link that lets you make your own copy in your Google Drive. If you do not receive your files, please check your spam folder, then contact the platform or contact us.
4. Free resources
Some resources, such as free printable planners offered in our articles, are available in exchange for your first name and email address. The download link is sent right after sign-up and stays valid for a limited time (currently 7 days). By signing up, you join our email list; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Free resources are subject to the same license as paid products (see section 6).
5. Refunds and right of withdrawal
Because digital products are delivered immediately and can be downloaded right away, they generally cannot be returned. Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal for digital content, you acknowledge that it ends once the download has started, as permitted by that law. Refund requests are handled according to the policy of the platform where you made your purchase (Gumroad or Etsy). If a file is damaged, incomplete or does not match its description, please contact us: we will do our best to fix the problem or find a fair solution.
6. License and permitted use
When you buy or download a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use it. You may:
- use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use;
- print it as many times as you need for your own use;
- use it on your own devices and in your own apps.
You may not:
- share, resell, sublicense, give away or distribute the files, in original or modified form;
- upload the files to shared drives, marketplaces, file-sharing or print-on-demand services;
- use the designs, or parts of them, in products you sell;
- remove copyright notices or claim the products as your own.
All products remain the intellectual property of WE GROW CASABLANCA.
7. Compatibility and technical requirements
Each product page lists the apps and devices the product is designed for (for example GoodNotes, Notability, Google Sheets or a home printer). It is your responsibility to check that you have a compatible device and app before buying. We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by third-party apps, software updates or printer settings, but we are happy to help if you contact us.
8. Content of the Site
Articles and resources on the Site are provided for general educational purposes. They are not financial, legal, tax, medical or psychological advice. You remain responsible for the decisions you make, and you should consult a qualified professional for advice about your own situation.
9. Liability
We do our best to keep the Site available and the products free of errors, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it.
10. Personal data
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one published on the Site at the time of your purchase or download.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. We encourage you to contact us first so we can find an amicable solution. Failing that, any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Casablanca, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
